The house is located in the historic center of Vilassar de Mar, on a plot between party walls with a street-facing facade oriented southeast and a rear facade facing northwest that opens onto the backyard.

The intervention has not altered the volume of the original house, thus maintaining the ground floor, first floor, and the use of the attic space. At the back of the backyard, there is a porch.

The renovation project aims to update the house without changing the original layout. All new installations have been renewed, including water, electricity, heating, and telecommunications. The bathrooms and kitchen have also been remodeled, with improvements to thermal insulation. In addition, characteristic and traditional architectural elements of the house have been preserved, such as ceramic vaults, ceramic and hydraulic flooring, and interior woodwork.

Access to the house is through the cancell, a typical element of the “cases de cos” in Vilassar de Mar, which has been preserved in this renovation. Facing the street, there is a living room which, through a wide hallway, connects to the dining area and kitchen. These rooms open onto the backyard, where one can enjoy a spacious, quiet, and sunny space. At the back of the yard, the auxiliary building used as a summer porch has been preserved.

The original interior staircase, connecting the three floors of the house, has been maintained, restoring the metal handrail and ceramic steps, and unifying the finish throughout the stairway. The night area is developed on the first and second floors, with two double bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor.

The composition and style of the existing facades have not been altered, but the facade facing Sant Ramón Street has been restored.
