Located in the exclusive Calafat development, in L’Ametlla de Mar, this house is organized around two parallel volumes connected by glass walkways, which enable a continuous visual relationship between the interior and exterior spaces and integrate with the seafront landscape.

The main volume extends over the ground floor and the upper floor, where the day and night areas are laid out. On the ground floor, there is the living room, the kitchen-dining area, and a music room, all opening onto a porch that connects directly to the swimming pool and private garden. This space is enhanced by large openings that strengthen the connection with the sea views and the natural surroundings. On the upper floor, there are two suites with terraces oriented towards the sea horizon, offering privacy and comfort.

The second volume, at the semi-basement level, houses the service areas, such as the garage, the spa, and a cinema room, with a functional layout that promotes convenience and a rational use of space.

The flat roofs replace the original pitched ones, reducing the visual impact and harmonizing with the environment. The façades combine typical Mediterranean materials, such as dry stone and white ceramic cladding, which provide visual coherence and facilitate integration with the landscape. Perimeter planters with cascading vegetation soften the architectural edges and reinforce the fusion with the natural setting.

Outside, the infinity pool located at the edge of the plot creates a sensation of continuity with the sea, while the interior paving extends outward, generating a fluid and harmonious transition between both spaces.

The project also restores the protected coastal areas, recovering the original terrain, incorporating native vegetation, and building retaining walls with traditional techniques, respecting urban regulations and applying criteria of sustainability, energy efficiency, and accessibility.
