On a plot located in a residential development in Pineda de Mar, this single-family home has been built to adapt to the diagonal geometry of the plot and to take advantage of the natural slope of the land, distributing itself in a functional and environmentally respectful way. The building is arranged over three floors and seeks a fluid relationship between interior and exterior, with spaces that open to the garden and natural light, oriented to the southeast to ensure maximum comfort and efficiency.

The house is divided into three levels. On the basement level, with direct access from Martí Alzina Street, there is a garage with capacity for two vehicles, an installations area, and a storage space. From this point, the ground floor is easily accessed via an internal staircase.
