The design of this multi-purpose agricultural building serves as a home, storage area and garage for this farm which has both vineyards and mimosas for cut flowers. “La Verdina” is a rural property with an elongated shape running east – west and is gently sloped with terraces climbing to the northwest.

The building is a detached structure with two sections: one, a garage for agricultural machinery alongside a storage area for smaller agricultural equipment, and the other for the handling and packaging of goods.

In order to minimize visual impact the building has been designed as a single level flat-roofed structure. The exterior is earth-toned concrete, finished with aluminum window frames and sliding blinds with horizontal slats.
